It's been a while since I've posted. I guess I've been busy with life. I suppose I need to write an update. A few things have been going on:

Dave and I have been going back and forth between buying a house or having a baby. Right now we've decided to have a baby, once again. We wanted to see how much of a loan we'd qualify for and it isn't as much as we hoped. So right now, baby it is, hopefully. So now we are looking in to renting a house because I'm really tired of apartments. Keep your fingers crossed.

We are still working on potty training Kainen. It's harder than I thought. Well maybe not. I don't know who came up with the 3 day method and who in the heck actually has success with it. That doesn't seem possible. He's doing good though. He's comfortable with the toilet. He's comfortable wearing underwear. It's just a matter of getting him to tell us when and before he needs to go. There is progress, most times he'll start to go in his paints, stop himself and then finishes on the toilet. It's hard having to work and not being able to focus on it all day everyday. He'll get there. Patience.

This last week was a good week. The sun was out, briefly, and we got to play without having to wear our jackets. How great is that! I must say I am ready for the sun to come back. This weather is killing me. It's more the temp. I want it to be at least a little warmer. I don't care if it rains just warm up a bit. Anyway, so we got to enjoy a day at the zoo with Alissa and the girls and Saturday we had a birthday party for my sister at the park. It was so warm we decided to put the picnic table in the shade! Love it! I'm ready for more.
