I woke up to Dave getting out of bed, leaving the room with baby monitor in hand which never happens so I knew something was in the works so I just laid there trying to figure out when to get out of bed. Eventually I decided to head out of course checking to see if it was ok. Dave had made me some crepes with a creamy feeling and raspberry topping and of course bacon on the side with a mimosa to wash it all down. Yum! Yum! I should have taken a picture!
Below are all my Mother's Day goodies that I received.
A crafty homemade card that came with the orange basket Kainen brought home from school.
The clock that Dave helped the kids hand print.
The jar had little notes from each of the boys saying what they loved about me.
The chocolate truffles from Trader Joe's that Dave always surprises me with. I need to go eat one right now...
..and the beautiful, fragrant bouquet of Lilacs I clipped from my Dad's tree the next day.
