27 weeks!

Things have been going fantastic! I've been feeling good. The closer I get the more confident I get and sometimes overly but it's nice to have the worry set aside so i can actually enjoy this pregnancy, finally! Time to put all this planning for two babies into action! I still haven't gotten to the girls room after we moved Miles out but that's my project this week. I'm excited for it. Well...not the first part. It's a mess in there but once that's gone I'm excited to move things around and organize the baby stuff.

My appointments have been going well. I get my 17P shot once a week still (which is starting to be a pain in the ass, literally. I had a bruise the size of a quarter last week on my butt cheek) She also checks my blood pressure which has been slightly high here and there but nothing to worry about yet. She checks the babies heart rates which is fun to hear since normally I just get to see it. The boys think it's fun too :) The babies have had a consistent heart rate and have been moving around a ton. They are getting so strong! It's fun to watch my belly move like little ripples in the water. They seem to have a domino effect in movement, once one kicks my whole belly jiggles like a bowl full of jelly. I keep trying to catch it on video but they seem to be camera shy like their mother. They stop the second I turn it on. It's hard to imagine what it's going to be like towards the end....10 weeks and 4 days left! Yikes!

My cervix has also checked out fine too. Staying long and not trying to open which is nice to know. TMI? Sorry, it is what it is. My Dr. said if it continues then we'll probably stop ultrasounds after 30 weeks but then we'll start seeing my OB more frequently.

I've been getting really overwhelmed with all my appointments. I have something every week and between my pregnancy, school for Kainen, Miles' physical therapy (next blog) I've been feeling a little overwhelmed and emotional and I'm ready for things to slow down...will that even happen with two babies???
