I feel so WONDERFUL today!!!

I'll probably bore you with this so sorry but I'm excited.

I've been wanting to get some sort of exercise in during the day, which for me is really hard. I hate exercising so it's hard to get the motivation going. My plan was to get up at 6am...yes six...to go for a walk with just me and Sophie (dog) before Dave got up for work at 6:45 and the kids around 7. I was excited for that 'me' time BUT of course I couldn't get my butt out of bed. I even set my alarm...just kept hitting snooze. So I moved to plan B...

...work out at home while Miles napped and Kainen watched a movie. It worked, I found this perfect exercise on demand that I did once and it made me feel so good right after. It put me in a great mood and gave me plenty of energy but the next time I went to do it, it was gone. No where to be found, which was a bummer because I'm not very coordinated so it's hard for me to find a good workout routine...anyway, I moved to plan C...

...dance. I danced to music for 30 minutes straight. So wonderful. I bounced around...very foolishly...I would never dance like this in a public place. It lifted my spirits, it made my body feel so wonderful and refreshed. This is now my daily routine. At least I'm planning it that way, lets see if I can stick with it. Right now it's my 30 day challenge because I need to slim and tone a bit before I got to Vegas so...here we go!

Get up and dance!
